"I hosted a birthday evening at my house over the weekend. Chef Brenda came promptly at 3:30 for our 5-8 evening class and even stayed a little past her class time to help clean up. And the best part was, I even had leftovers the next day :). I highly recommend her class to anyone . . . even a seasoned cook or a novice such as myself. Thank You Brenda for a wonderful evening! My friends and I had so much fun learning how to prepare a seafood dinner for not only us, but for our families in the future. "Had the best time celebrating a birthday for two special friends with a private cooking class. I have always wondered how those seafood taste so good at the restaurant and finally learned their tricks. Have also learned about food safety, a new way of cooking pasta and how to prepare and cut different kind of food. Some of the things we learned were eyes opening.
